If this shop decides not to make Correction, etc., it will notify the customer accordingly. However, this does not apply where this shop has no obligation to make Correction, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.

Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information If a customer requests suspension of use or deletion ("Suspension of Use, etc.") of personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that the information is handled beyond the previously announced purpose of use or was acquired by deception or other wrongful means, and the request is found to have grounds, this shop will confirm that the request is made by the customer, suspend use or delete the personal information without delay, and notify the customer. However, this does not apply where this shop has no obligation to perform Suspension of Use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.
